Around Rochester, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across New York are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 am–4:30 pm. It is closed on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Greece Oral Surgery at (585) 227-0800; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Rochester is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Anderson due to a cracked tooth. The office staff and techs were very nice and professional. Dr. Anderson on the other hand was very abrupt, condescending to other staff members, and absolutely no "Bedside manner". When he saw me tensing up, he stated "it is an extraction, there is going to be pressure". Very disregardful of my pain level and his staff. I would recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Greece Oral Surgery. I had a wisdom tooth that had come through years ago and was infected and needed to be extracted. Dr. Anderson was great, he explained everything and told me the second the tooth was out. I had no pain at all with the novocaine they used. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and everyone in the office was very nice and very professional. They even called me later in the day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Greece Oral Surgery.

I honestly can't say enough about Dr Anderson. I have had him remove 3 teeth already and each time has been great. No Pain and the tooth was out before I knew it - he has been awesome. I am not sure what the problem has been with other patients going to him but I've had good experiences with him and the staff there. Sometimes they have very GRUMPY people come to the office and give them trouble which doesn't make things pleasant - I know the last time I was there there was a very grumpy old man who was miserable to EVERYONE - heck he even put me in a terrible mood so I know how the staff felt with him - he was terrible and I'll bet he was worse as a patient.

Went to Dr. Anderson to have my two lower wisdom teeth extracted. Very professional, well trained, knowledgeable staff. Had minimal pain, and virtually no swelling after the operation. From start to end my appointment was 30 minutes max. Highly recommend!

My regular dentist had trouble extracting a difficult tooth. I was already numbed up and nervous. They called Greece Oral Surgery who said to send me right over. I got there and was taken right in. They made me feel calmer. Dr. Anderson made sure there was no pain and QUICKLY removed the tooth. I was given detailed post-op instructions and was made to feel I could call if I had any question (which I did).
